Booking Conditions

Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the an the arrival date will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded unless there are exceptional circumstances.

In the event of forced closure i.e. lockdown or other forced closure, full refunds will be made.

We will endeavour to help with any change of dates where possible if the request is made more than 14 days before the original arrival date.

Requests for a change of dates made within 14 days of the original arrival date will be considered on a case by case basis.

We will always aim to be as fair as possible in these situations.

Early departures are not refundable.

If an additional person stays, for example, you have booked for four people and then need to include another person, the additional person rate will be charged.

This only applies if the apartment can accommodate a fifth person sleeping in a bed. (Guillimots Glide, Kittiwakes Cove and Herring Gulls Haven)  No air beds are allowed.

Children under the age of 14 and pets are not to be left in the apartment unsupervised.

Guests are expected to leave the apartments in a clean and orderly state on departure.

Damage deposits will be returned 48hours after departure.

The cost of any damage and/or additional cleaning required if apartments are left in a particularly dirty state, will be deducted from the deposit.
