Pufflings Perch is the only one bedroom apartment.
There is a king sized double bed in the bedroom, a living room, kitchen and dinning area and bathroom with shower.
Maximum occupancy is two.
There are fabulous views across the harbour and Hillsborough from the living room and kitchen, and views of Capstone Hill from the bedroom.
The kitchen is well equipped with a full sized cooker, a small fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
We provide bedding, tea towels and towels for use in the apartment.
Washing up liquid, hand soap, scourers, basic bathroom and kitchen cleaning materials, some dishwasher tablets and three toilet rolls are also provided.
We also supply a pint of milk, some tea, coffee and sugar and a bottle of wine ready for your arrival.
PLEASE NOTE, THIS APARTMENT IS ON THE THIRD FLOOR, THERE IS NO LIFT.
